(1) Although the door to the little balcony was locked and the window couldn't be opened, the view of the mountains from my 19th floor was nice. (2) There were some shops downstairs and a 24-hour (written so) downstairs. I didn't taste the food, but I think it would be kind of a live-saving-thing since there's nothing else around the vicinity. (3) Water was running well. (4) Enough electric sockets. (5) It's within walking distance of Institut Pertanian Bogor.

(1) The sink was the worst sink I have ever seen in all my experience of travelling. Sooo dirty! A garbage bin might look cleaner. (2) The water from the tap fell on the brim of the sink instead of above the drain. This caused splashes of water on the floor whenever I had to use the tap. (3) Although the towel smelled fresh, it was dull and thin. (4) Many flies inside the bathroom. (5) Tiny ants crawled over the shelf under the window and under the TV. The next day, big ants invaded from outside the room, crawling from under the door. I checked out at around 3:00 PM the next day, even though I had paid for 2 nights. (6) The AC was working, but it could only be felt when you stood right under it. Although I had set it to the lowest temperature, I couldn't feel it when lying on the bed, let alone when sitting on the 'desk' under the window. This makeshift desk actually could have been a plus, because the chair was nice, and sitting at this desk, either for having a meal, or studying, or working, or reading while enjoying a cup of coffee would be absolutely wonderful! There was an electric socket right under the desk. I could picture laying my laptop on this desk and doing some work. HOWEVER, these ants roaming on the 'desk' put everything down. You won't want ants to invade your laptop or crawl into your snack, would you? (7) Of all the 3 bulbs on the ceiling, only 1 could be turned on. (7) Thanks for the several sheets of tissue in the tissue box. I had to turn the box over to get them. And... the bottom of the tissue box was full of cigarette stains. (7) The pillows were small and thin.

Facilities are less and the cleanness of bed and bathroom including closet are bad.
