staff asked us to cancel reservations from booking.com which was of amount 1700 INR and get the booking directly from hotel worth 2000 INR. staff was so rude, they even rejected water bottle.

Cleanliness

Staff behaviour was very rude. All the fittings in bathroom were rusted and very old. For toiletries they provided two medimix tiny soaps and two clinic plus one rupee sachets. They had no windows in any of the rooms in the entire property so it was very suffocating. After requesting they were able to provide AC remote for the AC in the room otherwise initially they said we don’t have the remote for AC and you have to manually operate the AC. No water bottle provided and no tea supply provided inspite of the fact that there was an electric kettle in the room. They joined two single beds in front of me and called it a double bed and they were not at all hesitant to say that this is the way they use to convert two single beds in a room into a double bed. There was a very bad smell in the room which was persistent. AC was very noisy. Overall it was not worth the money they charged and also as an overall experience, so I would not recommend it to anyone.
