Great Home Close to shops, FIT, Beaches,and Space X

The house itself was very nice! No complaints there.

We were woken up many times by the train nearby, as well as the traffic noise. To be fair, I understand there’s not much that can be done about it, but it’s noticeable. Also, one of my friends noticed that the bed he stayed in was a little squeaky when he moved a certain way. On the whole though, not a bad house by any means!

The A/C was inadequate for the unit. It was sweltering hot. We purchased two oscillating fans to be able to even get to sleep. Kitchen was very nice. POD coffeemaker did not work. I got a few drops of crude to come out. Trains constantly running and blowing whistle day and night. Location was good. Cute house. Recommend you get a central air unit or at a minimum ceiling fans in living room and master bedroom , and oscillating fans for both bedrooms and living room. Also put a door between kitchen and room with football table. Needs to repair or replace outdoor benches. Kitchen was actually cooler than anywhere in the house.

It’s cozy, clean, beautiful, and a much better value than any hotel in the area. Our family played basketball in the backyard and watched movies in the living room at night. It was close to the beautiful downtown, beaches, and restaurants.

I would have liked access to the laundry room.

Pulling out of the driveway is a challenge because it is on a busy road

TV I am not a streamer so couldn’t figure out how to watch it.

Location was great as it was a quick drive to all the surrounding popular areas. It was a cute and quaint home that was inviting and comfortable.

Only thing I would say that we had to adjust to is the noice level of the traffic and the train. It honestly wasn’t terrible and definitely nothing that can be controlled. Other than that, everything was perfect!
