No me gustó la forma de entrar, la puerta le falló y a media noche se abrió 2 veces. Imperdonable.

Pone un precio y cobran otro. La llegada sin atender. La cerradura fatal, se abrió 2 veces a media noche la TLV no funcionaba. Desastre muy caro

They did not provide the essentials of an Apartment. Usually you have basics as soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. If you want to arrive and have a shower, you can’t. I had to buy all these things. They neither had salt, sugar, pepper and oil. Nor coffee or tea. Additionally, the TV language was in Russian and the remote control did not work. So impossible to change the language or even use the TV at all.

Clean, comfortable apartment with well equipped kitchen. Air conditioning worked well on some very hot days.

Nothing

We know the area well and it is well located for everything that we needed. Modern and clean building. Very efficient aircon. Fran & Marta easy enough to deal with and good communication.

The bed is a small double which is an issue for me given that I am 6ft 5 inches tall. In my opinion it is suitable for a small/petit couple. A suggestion would be to buy a jar of coffee/tea and some water/juice as nothing at the apartment on arrival. The street number for the property (70) is no longer there; it was a little confusing to locate the building initially given that the photo supplied is of the actual apartment block (which is unseen and behind the security gates) rather than than the actual initial view from the street, which as a first time visitor is what you see. We helped someone else the next day who was also confused by this.

Lovely light fulled apartment in a quiet neighbourhood of Madrid. The apartment was perfect for the 3 days. There is an excellent coffee and breakfast place next door called Hat.
