Light and airy. Good location. Didn’t like the shower very small. Bathroom could do with an upgrade. Mattress encasement on the bed very thick plastic. Made you sweat!

This stay really was a shame. The apartment is in a great location and overall very nice.

Huge issues here. We booked this apartment for three people since it said that it was possible to stay with three people in one double bed and on a futon. There is no futon - the couch is just a very VERY small couch. It does not open up and can most definitely not sleep a person. So sleeping three people was entirely impossible. In addition, despite the apartment being booked for three people, it was only set up for one - one blanket, one set of towels. We asked for more things and were provided with a big bin bag with more towels and a fluffy blanket. The communication with the staff was also quite rude. They did not even comment on me raising the issue of it not being possible to sleep three people. When I asked for a second set of keys for my colleague who still stayed with me, I was told we should just pay to get one cut and then leave that with them as well. Not entirely sure why we would take on the cost of cutting a new key for them. They ended up providing a second key, which we found out on the last day didn't actually work (we didn't need it before because the door downstairs is continuously left open.) The owners truly misrepresent other things as well. It says "spa bath" in the ad. I'm not sure what a spa bath is but I'm sure the smallest shower I've ever seen that is somewhat dirty and faintly smells of sweat every time it is turned on doesn't qualify. Really really disappointed with what could have Neen a good stay with a bit more honesty from the owners and some more care.

Good spot to a couple of bars and restaurants as well the major sights of the city. Decent furnishings and decorations as you see on the pictures.

Apartment was offered with a private parking space and it turned out it didn’t have one. Complaints were not regarded. Now at least they changed the information on Booking. We experienced big struggles entering the apartment since the lock is totally loose. A/C was loud and only in the bedroom. Door to bathroom can only be closed with a lot of force.
