GBThe house was easily accessible. Well furnished. The kitchen was well equipped. Good communication from the owner. It has a nice garden. Close to town centre.
The stairs are very steep into the loft/3rd bedroom. Ok for children but not an older lady. The carpet is coming loose on some of the rungs on the main stairs.
GBGBFantastic location, good size for a family holiday, great to have a garden. It had everything we needed, and was very clean. We had a fantastic holiday and would definitely stay again.
The only downside was that we had to pay for parking, but the car park was very close by.

It needs an overhaul. The sofa was in a dreadful state and the bathroom smelled damp and window sill had rotting frame. It could be fabulous with some updating .. change the bathroom into a wet room.

GBThe cottage was in the perfect location for us. Large pay and display car park to the side and shops 2 mins away. There was plenty of room with fully enclosed outside space.
The only negative was the very steep spiral staircase up to the loft bedroom. Ok for younger family members but not for elderly relatives.

Not enough storage for clothes. A chest of drawers in the bedroom is essential for longer stays ( we were there for 6 nights). Pillows were very hard! A choice of softer ones would be good.
GBGBGBThe house was very spacious. There were 3 adults, a teenager and a big dog, we don't feel like we were on top of each other. Good size bedrooms. Big kitchen with a dining table that can take 6 people. The place was clean when we arrived. Great location with the shops near by.
There was only one bathroom downstairs, which meant it was an effort if you had to go a few times during the night.
