Cala Brull - Acogedor apartamento a 10 minutos de la playa

The apartment's amenities were excellent and extremely clean, with great Wi-Fi. The location was good, just a 15-minute walk to the beach. The hosts were truly kind and welcoming. The only downside for me was that the apartment was on the ground floor, which resulted in limited natural light.

Nothing.This pseudo apartment is a stinking feces dark hole located in the basement of an old building in an equally bad neighborhood. . From the sidewalk on the street you enter directly into the kitchen so there is no talk of any intimacy. The place is tantalizingly decorated with a dirty stained couch and tacky furniture. The stench caused me to have an asthma attack, and I spent the night in the hospital's emergency room. For that reason, I could not return to this room, fearing for my health.Despite the intervention of Booking. com, the owner did not return the money for the remaining 13 nights stating that his company policy does not provide for refunds.

The owner is a fraudster who notified booking. com that I cancelled my reservation and did not come to the property. He wanted to deprive me of the opportunity to express this opinion.

The location was excellent, everything you need is like 2-3 minutes of walk. The shop for groceries, trash bins, the bike shop to rent out a bike to move around the city which is my recommendation at least that area from the apartment to the beach and back but also it is like half an hour of bike ride to the center of the city, the tram and bus are 2 min away but if you prefer a walk that is also fine beacuse the beach is like 10 minutes from it. Marina beach club if you like night life and a couple of other outdoor bars are there that you will enjoy surely on most days so all in all you won’t be dissapointed. The host is great, really accommodating and made us feel welcome especially with the check in and check out time. One thing I would also add is that when everything is closed in the city near this apartment you have a 24/7 grocery shop and a food shop to eat that works late hours.
