Cozy, Spacious House *New*InTheCommunity+Fire Pit

Bathrooms are nice.

Kitchen is not equipped that nice. Looks nice but is lacking amenities. No toaster, things like measuring cup, large spoon to stir with, cookie sheet, colander. No dishwasher and sink doesn't have a stopper so hard to do dishes. Deck is not nice. Needs work like painting and maybe boards replaced and also the front porch.

The refrigerator was nice.

Portable AC did not keep it cool, and the water pressure in the upstairs shower was horrible. Bed and pillows were awful. Getting a guest pass to this place is the worst experience I’ve ever had.

The kitchen has perfect basics for cooking. The house is nice my family and I enjoyed it.

No tvs in bedrooms.

The house should have more kitchen appliances, a dishwasher, and there’s also need for improvement in the water leaks in every restroom and kitchen sink . You should think of putting tvs in all the rooms .

House was as pictured. Comfortable for three adults and one child. The host was responsive. Very quiet. Overall, we had a nice experience.

Beyond Host's control. Location in complex interesting mix of well-kept houses amongst run down residences. Nearest decent restaurants 30+ min. Within Host's control: Suggestions...Get AC(although our weather was great). Make sure guest know their is a daily $12 pool and lake fee/person. There could have been an additional TV upstairs, and all bedrooms needed blackout shades. Beds did not have mattress covers, and there was no dishwasher. Also, the bottom bunk bed mattress was very hard.

The property is advertised on booking That it has air conditioning! There was not Ac and property was extremely hot ! Everything was perfect except for the air conditioning situation! My family was uncomfortably hot entire weekend!
