Location, it’s near to supermarket and mall.

There are a lot of tiny cockroaches freely invading the space, especially at night. I couldn’t sleep because I could feel them crawling on my skin. This situation is really concerning, and pest control needs to be seriously considered.

VERY clean, especially compared to the other places I've stayed at in the area. Good selection of cooking utensils and a comfortable bed.

Some tiny repairs and fixups are due. But nothing bothered me much

The unit is clean and cozy, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable.

we had an issue with the Wi-Fi frequently losing connection, requiring us to reboot the router multiple times a day just to stay online as we're both working from home. Additionally, there was an unpleasant odor we couldn't quite identify, possibly coming from either the bathroom or under the sink.

The slippers not good especially yo seniors. The aircon not cold to the extent that we need assistance.

The location was super convenient, the room was comfortable, and the check-in/check-out process was seamless. For the price, I felt it offered great value, and the amenities provided everything I needed.

If I had to point out a few areas for improvement, the fridge and closet, while clean, had a bit of an odor. Nothing too major, and I think a little fragrance spray would easily fix it. Additionally, the towel rack in the bathroom is a loose and was about to fall apart, so it could use some fixing.
