Velvet 2-bedroom apartment, Clockhouse, Hoddesdon

Location good.

Impossible to find this place. I requested instructions beforehand which was ignored. We were told someone would be there but instead we just received a garbled video of an unfamiliar area to us which was meaningless without even showing the entrance. We phoned twice but then it still wasn't clear. Postcode useless. Entrance too well hidden. Found it after 45 minutes by chance. No instructions in apartment about anything. A home owner who lets out their property has a duty of care towards a client which was totally absent.

There needed to be a non slip mat in tye bathroom. I didn't like the noise from outside.

Perfect location. Close to shops, restaurants and local sites. Host was very accommodating and kept in touch.

Some rooms were a little tired. Coffee out of date though still useable.

Electric Shower did not work and basin in bathroom sink stopper blocked

Spacious and clean and we were able to check in early to see the first band. Friendly greeting and quick response to queries.
