El trato del personal cuando uno le decia algo ella salia con la excusa de que no entendia , el aire no funcionaba, televisor tampoco, internet, las toallas no tenian suavisante

Esta en pleno centro

Cojimos un apartamento para 6 , con tres habitaciones y resulta que solo tenia 2 , la tercera era en el comedor con un sofà cama, estuvimos llamando a bokin y no podemos contartar

The location is superb. The apartment is spacious and could sleep up to 7 people. The pool is very nice and always had spare sunbeds to use. It was nice to have bedding and towels and beach towels supplied. (Although we used our own beach towels.) The washing machine is a good addition if you want to use it. The two bathrooms are spacious with good showers - one being an over the bath shower. The air conditioning unit in the living room is efficient enough for the whole apartment if the doors to the rooms are left open. There are 2 hob rings, a microwave and kettle. There were basic condiments, tea & and coffee, to use, which were probably left by previous guests. There is a supermarket underneath the apartment block, so nothing is too far away if needed. Good size fridge with small top box freezer compartment.

Balcony tiles broken and loose. A couple had sharp edges. The balcony is next to a flat ledge, which makes it unsecure - although the ledge is adult chest height, and it is not supposed to be used by anyone, access to the balcony could be gained if someone climbed up. Cutlery and crockery were mismatched. There are only 2 tumbler glasses to drink from. A frying pan handle was loose, which can be dangerous. The apartment was not spotlessly clean. The apartment could do with some additional decor/furnishings to make it more homely. We thought we were going to be greeted by the agent. We were not, although she did contact us via WhatsApp. She was also late on the morning of our departure, so we didn't see her at all. The information description about the apartment given said that there was use of a paddleboard, which was on the balcony. There was not a paddleboard on the balcony! This was not a problem, but we wanted to clarify these details with the agent, but we couldn't. There wasn't a toaster or oven. There wasn't a washing up bowl or sink plug, so we had to wash the dishes under constant running water. One of the toilets kept over-filling into the toilet bowl, so we had to isolate the water via the isolater tap, which was next to the toilet. This was already turned off when we arrived, so therefore, it is an issue with this toilet. The tv didn't want to tune into any channels. We noticed that there was a safe in one of the wardrobes, but we didn't get any information about this, so we were unsure if it was for private use only. It would have been of benefit for guests to use.
