Very clean, comfortable and conveniently located apartment! It was less than 30 second walk to the bus stop, where buses run every 5 minutes going straight to Port Authority all day/night. Our host was very nice, check-in was easy, and we felt very safe!

Perfecte locatie. Snel in NY met de bus, vlakbij, prachtig uitzicht. Beetje klein, maar heeft alles wat je nodig hebt.

Verwarming slaat 's nachts met veel geluid aan (vanaf medio oktober) en het wordt erg warm. En (brand)melder buiten die blijft piepen. Beiden zaken waar verhuurder zelf niets aan kan doen, maar aan de gebouw eigenaar ligt.

A localização realmente é um espectáculo. Valeu muito a pena.

I loved the spotless cleanliness of the place and the location very close to the bus stop that takes you to Manhattan. Many places nearby to eat or have breakfast within walking distance Plus, the complimentary snacks, water, slippers, and bath sponge are included. Very quiet and cozy.

Tutto, molto accogliente e pieno di accessori per un soggiorno in famiglia. Spazioso e curato. La zona è raggiungibile in meno di 20 minuti coi bus 128, 165 e 166 che portano a Manhattan. Grazie per questo buon soggiorno con un ottimo rapporto prezzo/qualità per chi vuole visitare New York.

Nulla, non c’è un ascensore ma è solo al primo piano.

The bed in the bedroom was not very comfortable.

La vue sur Manhattan est magnifique!. Nous avons apprécié de retrouver le calme après le tumulte de la ville. La proximité de l arrêt des bus juste en bas de la rue ( 1mn). La gentillesse et la réactivité de réponse de l hôte.

Small but fully equipped, clean and nicely furnished apartment. Easily sleeps an adult couple and two kids. Complimentary snacks, water, etc., even travel guide books in our language to browse through. Quiet street in a safe neighborhood literally a few steps away from a great panoramic view on Manhattan's skyline and a bus stop from where you can reach Midtown in about 20 minutes every few minutes. In the other direction, it's just a few minutes walk to supermarkets and restaurants.

If I'd have to mention anything I don't like it would be that the windows overlook a dreary, narrow courtyard (but then you're probably not there to spend much time looking out of the window), and the window AC units are loud when running at full power (but it was extremely hot during our stay, which is unlikely to be the case very often).
