"Great location. The perfect place to relax"

Perfect location. Clean and comfortable. Close to the seafront and great for catching buses for day trips. Everything we needed for a great stay. The shower was great too!

the location is good

the bathroom and shower needed to be more clean, there is fungi, that is not ok.Also it should be mentioned that there is restaurant on the other side so you cant really have your windows opened without people looking at you.

Locatie is echt ideaal! De host was in zijn communicatie ook erg vriendelijk en duidelijk.

De ramen kunnen snachts niet open i.v.m. de gehorige omgeving. Douchen is niet ideaal zonder douchekophouder. En er hing een onaangename lucht in het appartement.

Die Wände waren feucht und schimmelig. In jeder Etage des Treppenhauses standen Spraydosen zum Überdecken des Schimmelgeruches, es roch stark nach einer Mischung aus Schimmel und süßem Spray. Die Fugen in der Dusche waren mit Schimmel bedeckt.

Für unsere Zwecke (5 Übernachtungen) war die Wohnung, da sie in der Altstadt war ok. Längere Zeit möchte ich dort nicht sein. Die Lage in der Altstadt war prima.

Das Bild auf Booking war nicht die gewünschte Unterkunft. Der Besitzer erklärte uns, dass das öfter vorkommt und das Bild in Booking für eine andere Wohnungseinheit steht. Über uns war der der Teleferico Funchal-Monte, ein erster Tragemast war genau vor unserem Fenster. Den Blick in den sogen. Garten und zum Meer kann man vergessen.

Great area with easy access to the transport and restaurants as well as the supermarkets for locals. Apartment being close to the ocean is also a great thing to have while staying in funchal.

I saw a big cockroach on the steps in the hallway. And the water in a shower goes cold after a while.
