High quality detached house with parking St. Ives

An exceptionally good location at the foot of a quaint hill. Each morning, as you open the door, you're greeted by the stunning vista of the clear blue sea in the distance. The garden is meticulously maintained; I thoroughly enjoy the ambience of sitting in the dining room with a view of the lush greenery. It's a superb location, with a shop just around the corner and a mere few minutes' walk to the local restaurants and town centre. Moreover, the level of cleanliness is comparable to that of a top-tier hotel. This is by far the cleanest and most comfortable residence I've stayed in compared to the others I've booked.

Our family loved our December stay at Little Eden. It is by far the best equipped holiday home we have stayed in and felt far more like a home than a rental property. Everything is of excellent quality, from the bedding to the kitchen appliances. It was also a refreshing change to find oil, tea bags, sugar, salt and pepper etc in the larder and plenty of loo roll and kitchen roll too. And the welcome basket was a thoughtful touch. We loved the towelling dressing gowns and white fluffy towels. The house is warm and cosy and we enjoyed lighting the gas fire after a day out. We also enjoyed the large bathroom and lovely bath and shower. There was no shortage of hot water. It felt like no corners had been cut. The house is spotlessly clean, in a great location and a pleasure to stay in. The garden is a good size and pretty, but it was too cold to enjoy it this time. Rohan is very responsive and helpful, offering ideas and suggestions for places to visit. We will certainly be back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Little Eden.

Great location within short walk of centre. Parking was easy, important

House was in the perfect location to walk into St Ives and walking around the surrounding area. In a quiet area, away from the hussle and bustle of the town centre which we really appreciate. The property was really well stocked with games, cooking utensils and a BBQ which we made the most of.

The beds were ok, but not fantastic, The single bed in the small bedroom creaked and matress was quite saggy

The house was very warm and welcomimg with beautiful garden, making us feel like home. Very close to centre too. Rohan (property owner) was very responsive to messages we sent. Also, providing us with information where is the best to go to or restaurants to visit.

Lovely spacious house, very well equipped and easy to find everything we needed. The host was so lovely and attentive and gave some great recommendations for places to eat and local walks. Check-in instructions were very clear. Will definitely be rebooking if we visit again!
