Fantastic location in St Ives, walking distance from beaches and restaurants. Great communicative owner, very detailed instructions and guide to the property. Kitchen was great, we stuck to the electric stove for ease of use, but the other cookers looked very nice. Bath was relaxing. Looking forward to booking here again!

Water wouldn't heat up on the first day, not sure what happened, but luckily the owner allowed us to turn on the immersion heater, so it wasn't a problem after that. Small thing I noticed, there was the BT Sport app on the dining room TV, but not on the living room TV. Some people might want more streaming apps (Youtube etc) installed on the living room TV.

"Fantastic short break in lovely house - would recommend"

The property was spotlessly clean and beautiful inside. It was very well equipped with everything you could need including coffee machine ! and the beds were very comfortable. The owners provided a selection of board games too. The house also had a lovely sheltered garden with sunbeds, tables and chairs and BBQ. It is also in a fantastic location just a few minutes walk from the centre of St Ives plus comes with parking. The host was great at communicating information and responding.

Fantastic location - easily walkable down to gorgeous (blue flag) Porthmeor Beach for swimming, cafes and Tate. Also easy to walk down to the main harbour with restaurants etc. Really helpful to have easy parking at the property. The garden area is nice and private with plenty of places to sit - nice to return to after a busy day. There is a Co-op supermarket down the hill and a local store on the way back from Porthmeor beach.

Great location, easy to walk into St Ives and wonderful house to stay in. Had best nights sleep in the comfy beds. The host was friendly, gave clear directions re house and responded promptly to any queries. The extra touches eg bathrobes, welcome pack added to our stay in this beautiful house in St Ives, Cornwall. Perfect place to come home to after walking & sightseeing.

"Gorgeous Little Eden"

Everything has been perfect. The house is cosy, with a great size of the rooms, super forniture inside, and an amazing garden. Car space is perfect!!! The house was super clean, and the owner was very polite, and he sent by email all the information needed. He answered in a timely and nice manner. Perfect position 10 minutes walking from the centre. For sure, we will return back, strongly recommended
