La Serenissima - 15 min to Venice City Center - Free Parking

The location was ok

Beds were very uncomfortable

Beautiful and roomy apartment with parking place.

Check in is after 15h.

Nice views, very responsive host, and was very informative. Comfortable stay.

Bathroom shower is not ideal.

Close to bus stop. 15 min bus ride to the airport .Quiet area with some eating places within a 5 min walk

Well I think this place was quite expensive. Venice is expensive but this is on maestro side so was expecting better for the price.

We were a family with kids and this property is on 3rd floor with only stairs access. So for one night we managed as we left our luggage in the car but if staying and without car then this is not the place to book. Secondly the property should be checked before arrival. Our AC was dripping so much water inside that if I hadn’t noticed it we would have had a flood. We couldn’t use the ac. I didn’t contact the owner because it was 11 at night. But there’s window screens so we could open the windows and weather was ok luckily. The worse thing was that another flat resident kept ringing the bell early morning. She complained that our car was parked wrongly and had to move it to the main road and she was threatening calling police. This was very unpleasant. We parked right in front of the flat as per instructions. Please give clear instructions for parking.
