地理位置很不错，位于商业中心，购物吃饭都很方便。 有电梯，带行李也很方便。烹饪的工具很齐全，能自己做饭吃。房子打扫很干净。

没有洗衣机，没有晾晒衣服的地方。

Emplacement parfait, hote disponible. Informations tres claires pour un check in/out en toute autonomie. Appartement confortable et bien équipé. Parfait pour rayonner et faire des via/rando dans la région et retrouver le soir une ville tres agréable

기차역에서 가깝고 체크인과 체크아웃이 쉬워요. 문자로 친절하게 안내해줘요. 사진보다 넓고 쾌적했어요. 아주 조용하고 슈퍼도 바로 앞에 있어요. 볼차노 패스 유용하게 썼어요.

비가 와서인지 7월 말인데도 좀 추웠어요. 옆방과 에어컨 조절기를 같이 써야해요. 썰렁한데 우리가 에어컨을 꺼도 옆방에서 켰고, 이불은 하나밖에 없어 조금 불편했어요.

Perfect location right in the centre of Bolzano. Easy check-in process and responsive/helpful host. The apartment was better/bigger than we expected from the photos. The was able to accomodate an early check-in on the day which was greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately the air conditioning is not in the bedroom which gets quite hot. It is centrally managed but doesn’t appear to get as cold as you set on the monitor. Beware that on Saturday’s the check-in is 17:00; the latest I’ve ever seen and found in the fine print. The shower drain wasn’t draining which needs servicing. There was not enough toilet paper or dishwashing tablets provided, 1.5 for 3 adults staying 4 days.
