Nice clean apartment in a very accessible part of Richmond, especially close to Museums. Good furnishings and kitchen facilities. I had a very enjoyable stay and the bed was especially comfortable.

Only an advisory for those with large suitcases or mobility issues - quite a few stairs to the apartment on 2nd floor

Really clean (my number 1 requirement). Nicely decorated and homey. Great location for museums and restaurants. We greatly enjoyed our stay though only one night!

The location was excellent! The parking lot behind the building was nice so we didn’t have to worry about finding street parking. We could have parked the car and never used it again with all of the available options (restaurants, grocery, museums) within walking distance. The place was very clean. Having 1.5 bathrooms was convenient as well as the small kitchen. I wish we had time to sit on the cozy front porch. It’s an older building that has been updated and has a lot of charm. I would recommend it and if in Richmond again would stay again.

It wasn’t a problem for us but because it’s an older building the walls are a bit thin. It would have been nice to have a thermostat in our room.

A very clean, quiet, and great location with free parking. Everything I needed was there. I have been there more than once and I would recommend to anyone.

Space was nice, complimentary wine was nice. It is a large space, comfy bed.

Walls are paper thin, can clearly hear conversations and children running around starting at 4am. Free parking advertised in all caps in the title only applies to economy cars, I had to find street parking for my truck a few blocks away. The free parking was a main draw to this unit and I could have gotten a much cheaper unit without free parking. Also the checkout cleaning lists are kinda wild, what are the fees for? If you're going to charge to rent a room then provide someone a checkout cleaning list I'll just rent a hotel. Hotel prices should get hotel service or we'll just go back to hotels. I'm paying to clean a rental room...get a hotel

Great location. Easy access to the free parking in the back of the property thru the alley. Walking distance to places to eat.

Nosing neighbors upstairs at night.

Having a full size refrigerator was very nice and there was no problem finding a parking spot out front or back. The front porch with a cute little couch was charming. The complementary bottle of wine & bags of chips were a nice touch. King size bed was very comfortable.

The shower curtain hanging on the ground, getting stuck to my feet & legs while showering was a big downfall. The water gets all over the bathroom floor. Having no access to control the heat/air wasn’t a huge deal but it would have helped me sleep better had I been able to adjust it. Very few outlets available for charging devices/computers. The floors being uneven and exposed carpet tacks between kitchen & eating area that I stepped on in the middle of the night are unacceptable. An additional bolt on the door would also be a nice security feature since you can see an opening all the way around the door when it’s closed. (At night the hall light stays on)

A fabulous alternative to booking a hotel— cozy and beautiful. Noise level a bit high but the owners are so helpful and responsive— don’t miss the GREAT Italian restaurant around the corner. Gorgeous neighborhood
