Casa molto bella, grande, pulita, accogliente, super accessoriata in un contesto tranquillissimo e rilassante, ideale per famiglie con piú bambini a motivo degli spazî all'aperto. Da considerare soprattutto per soggiorni piú lunghi per godere della splendida Valle d'Itria.

Non c'è nulla di cui possa lamentarmi.

colazione inesistente vi era soltanto un pacchetto di tarallucci e n. 8 cialde per caffè.

comunicare l'ora di arrivo non serve a niente perché prima delle 18 non apriranno, apertura che avviene da remoto per cui non si capisce perché non lo fanno all'ora concordata, al telefono non rispondono neanche attraverso Booking, alle mail rispondono in tedesco. La struttura è per 7 persone con un solo bagno senza bibet. Un tariffario vi ricorda che per ogni asciugamento che manca vi saranno addebitati 10€ se lasciate la spazzatura fino a 80 € se mancherà la card per buttare la spazzatura fino alla isola ecologica.

The property was great, it was in a great location, and was very comfortable.

RENTERS BEWARE! The manager of the property is dishonest and not trustworthy. After booking he required me to send €229 via PayPal. €200 for a deposit and €29 for taxes. After checking out leaving the location clean and with no damage, he did not return the full deposit. He is now claiming that he is not returning the full deposit because I did not use the friends and family option in PayPal which offers no protection. I chose the goods and services option in PayPal because that is what he is providing. He is not a friend or family member. Additionally, there were ants in the bathroom and the Wi-Fi did not work consistently. The biggest complaint we had was the trash situation. The customer is required to take the trash to a location about 2 km away. It was stated in the listing and we had no issue with removal, if it was reasonable. It was not. The trash bins would not open using the card we were instructed to use. Also, there is no bio drop off at that location, only plastic, glass and paper. A local was kind enough to take the trash for us so we wouldn’t incur an additional fee. I guess that doesn’t matter as we did not get the full deposit refunded. RENTERS BEWARE!
