Rooftop View Escape - 1 Minute to Center and Fast Wi-Fi

Muy buena ubicación, limpio.

Eine schöne Aussicht auf die Stadt und aufs Meer. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man braucht. Unsere Wäsche konnten wir auf der Dachterrasse zum trocken aufhängen. Vielen Dank für den Willkommensgruß . So hatten wir schon eine Flasche Wasser für die Nacht, da wir erst 20 uhr ankamen.

Die Wohnung war etwas feucht. Was am Klima auf dieser Seite der Insel liegt. Früh waren die Fenster regelmäßig so feucht, sas es am den Wänden runter lief. Vielleicht wären Entfeuchter ratsam. Etwas verwirrend ist das Bild der Dach-Terrasse . Die Bilder lassen vermuten, man hat die zur alleinige Nutzung. Im Beschreibungstext steht das nur in englisch mal erwähnt. Das fällt nicht jedem direkt auf. Ich hätte mir eine weitere Decke gewünscht. Nachts war es etwas kalt mit nur der einen dünnen Decke.

L'alloggio offre una buona posizione nel paesino di Icod de los Vinos, con un'ottima vista oceano e Teide. Alloggio molto spazioso con tutto l'occorrente (asciugamani, l'occorrente per cucinare, phon ecc...). WiFi molto veloce. Hosts molto disponibili via Whatsapp.

Alloggio un po' umido soprattutto quando si cucina, per fortuna le temperature di Tenerife permettono di aprire le finestre anche la sera. Forse era presente un deumidificatore ma ce ne siamo accorti a fine vacanza!

L’évacuation de la douche est restée bouchée malgré le signalement immédiat.. Le "roof top" est en fait une partie commune de l’immeuble où l’on étend le linge. Les photos laissaient penser qu'il s’agissait d'une terrasse privée

Spela was very responsive and helpful. The apartment is in a great location within walking distance of the town centre and attractions, and the views from the roof terrace are amazing. The bus service is extremely good, especially in quite remote parts of the island, and the drivers are incredibly helpful.

Watch your head when coming down the last flight of stairs if you're over 5'9"! Not unique to Icod de los Vinos - (1) Tenerife is very hilly so be prepared for driving up some very steep hills in towns (we had a manual car and we'd pay the extra for an automatic next time) and (2) if you don't like noise, bring some ear plugs - dogs are more likely to live outdoors in Tenerife than they do in the UK so you're more likely to hear them if they bark at night.

Big apartment with great views. All the amenities are there and the owners are very responsive and helpful

Few issues with bathroom

We had one small plumbing issue and it was dealt with very quickly, same day.

Stairs, But we can't complain since Icod is on a big hill/slope... and if you are not up high.. you don't have a view.
