Great location. Building very secure and quiet inside. Balcony was an added bonus. Very responsive hosts. Great value for money

Not adequate supplies to use the kitchen facilities- no oven gloves, only one tea towel and no kitchen roll (making it difficult to wash dishes or clean up surfaces). Not enough seating for 5 people , and the couch was very uncomfortable. Unclear that the single bed is in the hallway. There were no mirrors in the second bedroom/all of the mirrors were in one room and the bathrooms.

Nice spacious apartment in a great central location. Nice to have blackout blinds in the bedrooms. Great service as one of the shower heads had broken and they fixed it the same day.

No plug in the kitchen sink, so difficult to wash up

The property location was perfect and well secured with codes. I asked for late check out since I have kids and luggages but no one replied. The cleaners come knocking on the door, they were rude and shouting. at the same time I received a call from the flat manager (who barely talks English) telling me I need to leave or they will call the security!! I don’t recommend that flat, although location is perfect and facilities are OK, they don’t treat the customer respectfully.

Lovely apartment and great stay. We were a towel short, and this was quickly rectified by the owner.

We thought one of the bedrooms had a single bed in it, but the bed was actually effectively in the hallway! The apartment was quite hot and muggy, primarilydue to the weather and getting it airy was difficult.

The location was perfect. In walking distance to the centre and any restaurants and stations. Would highly recommend for the location. Check in and check out instructions were very clear. Just one thing….the passcode lock on the door looks like a ring camera so took us a little while to figure out you have to touch the screen for the numbers to show. Lots of space in the apartment & all equipment and kitchen appliances working great. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

We stopped to drop off luggage before check in. Beds were not made and place wasn’t cleaned as cleanser hadn’t been yet. When we got back beds were made but place wasn’t cleaned down or floors washed. There were tea splatters on the counter top and behind the sink. Crumbs were still on the couch when we returned and the table and window sills were dusty and not cleaned. I sprayed and cleaned down all tables and counters myself.

Close to the city centre and an ideal base to see the city. The old Factory Records HQ is next door which was an unexpected extra - cheers!

The flat was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The beds were great, and the apartment had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen with utensils, pots, plates, and more. It’s in a quiet building with no noisy neighbors, and we felt very safe thanks to the secure entry system with four access codes. The owner was very responsive and replied to messages quickly. We had a great stay and will definitely come back!
