Entire home in Historic Long Beach close to shops

Exceptionally clean! Very comfortable beds and furniture. Quiet neighborhood. Off-street, secure parking. Nicely decorated, understated and modern. Easy access and timely information about locks. A very pleasant stay!

We were traveling with my aged father and would have appreciated a bath mat to prevent slips in the tub/shower, as well as at least one safety rail to hold while stepping in/out of tub/shower.

Great location for our visit. Super cute. Went for a walk and everyone in the neighborhood was very friendly.

Only thing was the bathroom door hinge was hard to close cause that is coming apart, and the gate fob didn’t work more than likely it was out of batteries

House was nicely furnished, natural night was amazing and very beautiful inside.

The basketball stand didn’t have water inside to hold it down and a slight lean made it fall easily hitting my son on his arm and scraping his arm. Bathrooms window wood was deteriorated. Some wood throughout the property was deteriorating. No extra trash bags or bathroom trash bags. Luckily i took an extra trash bag just in case and i used a grocery bag as the bathroom trash bag. House overall had a smell to it. Not sure if it was wet wood smell/ moldy or just an empty house smell but there is a smell to it. Small spiders were inside the house. I found 2 on the rocking chair inside and a few landed on me and my husband as we were sitting in the kitchen dining area. More spiders through out the house but not a crazy amount. Lots of spider webs outside.

Excellent location, just wonderful! Very walkable neighborhood with friendly beautiful gardens and friendly neighbors. Very comfortable for a family, or a group of friends looking for a home with plenty of space in a safe, walkable neighborhood that is close to amenities. Accessing the house is a breeze thanks to the door codes provided by the host and the enclosed parking spot accessible by automatic gate. If you do stay here, make sure to take a stroll around the neighborhood to admire the gardens and smell a rose or two :)

The floors could use some deep cleaning. They didn't look dirty, but our feet and socks were dirty after a few minutes of walking on the floor.

Stunning home! We had unpleasant medical appointments and were looking for a relaxing place to stay that did not feel like a hotel. We have stayed at many locations around the world, and this one was definitely in our top favorites. The beds were comfortable, the house clean, check in was very easy, and the house is absolutely adorable!

Nothing. Go! It's a great place to stay.
