Spacious Well Located 2BR Apartment in SeaPoint

Nothing at all!!! Just my refund!

The place is not easy to gain access into and the owner doesn't seem clued up on how things work, parking is in the street and is always taken, but the Cherry on the cake for us was walking in to a filthy apartment that still wreaked of bodily fluids I would rather not mention, it was the ultimate accommodation nightmare, from the kitchen to the bedrooms, and yet again our host was clueless.

The location was good

Communication with the host was not good, The place had no proper ventilation from when you entered the building, no lift to go to my apartment on the 3rd floor, had issues with mosquitoes , No aircon in the apartment, the bed are so hard .

The location of the apartment was great, literally a walk away from shops and coffee shops. The place was clean upon arrival.

The only hiccup was the host didnt respond to messages on time.

The quiet location and the beach were just a few minutes' walk. Restaurants clothing stores were nearby

There was no security guard and no staff to assist us with whatever we're looking for. The drawers of the wardrobe fell in both of them. There was no shower cap
