Highfield and Haven Citation 6 Berth Panel Heated

The site was quiet and located far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Skegness. Lady at reception was very polite and helpful. The hosts were quick to reply to any messages. The bed was very comfy and we slept well. The site is located directly opposite an Aldi and Marks and Spencers which I wish we were made aware of so not to fill the car with unnecessary food and drinks.

The keys were difficult to retrieve from the lock box, took us many attempts. Some of the windows were not locked when we arrived and the keys did not work to unlock the locked ones or lock the ones that were open on our departure. The sofa cushion that was thrown under the decking was an eyesore so I suggest it is removed, it has been there for quite a while. There does need to be clarification on what the customers need to bring as there were no tea towels and only one toilet roll.

Site the Caravan was on felt safe and very friendly. Short walk into Skegness.

Had a pleasant stay, was clean. Could’ve used a few more kitchen items. A few random items left in cupboards which made it feel a bit cluttered. Secure. Good deck

Van is an older style, but it's clean with a nice outside area. Had all the kitchen facilities etc needed. Site is generally quiet, and they are making improvements. The pub across the road from the site so a nice Sunday roast. You've also got aldi, M&S and B&M for any supplies. Only a 20 min wall to the beach.

We wanted to escape from the chaos at home and enjoy some quality family time in peace and quiet. We had such a lovely time here, the caravan was lovely with lots of homely touches. We needed for nothing, every appliance you could think of was there. The host sent lots of very helpful information before our getaway and was so kind to answer my frantic, silly question really on a Sunday evening with a very happy and reassuring attitude. We are hoping to come back asap haha! Location is perfect, as well. We felt very safe and relaxed. A little home away from home! Thank you very very much :)

Up on arrival there was no gas, had to make a phone call to get the gas changed, which I was then told the owners was a "pain" arrived back on the Saturday night to zero electric emergency had already been used, had a 6 year old with me and I had to change caravan at gone 9 o'clock at night in the dark when I had to check out at 10 on the Sunday morning.
