A damage deposit of EUR 800 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. As established in the current regulations from Andalusian government (Decree-Law 2/2024, of January 29) and in compliance with the Special Drought Plan of the Demarcación Hidrográfica de las Cuencas Mediterraneas Andaluzas (DHCMA) has been temporarily prohibited the use of swimming pools, Jacuzzis, saunas, water for irrigation, etc., until further notice with the aim of reducing consumption and guaranteeing the human supply. A deposit may be required at the property.
