About over 1 km both ways to Ayala Center and SM City. Not a pleasant walk along squatter areas and hot sun. Many small cockroaches. Microwave defective. Only 1 lift. I liked the courteous guards and front desk.

The Location and staff were nice

The room was smelly, the toilet and shower were not cleaned, and there were cockroaches. The shower head was rusty, and everything was poorly maintained. There were no shampoos or handwash provided. Definitely not worth the price.
