The rooms were clean and comfortable

The lack of explanation of the details of reimbursement of the refundable security charge - the reimbursement takes 5 business days to clear back into your account, yet never explained up front. The company doesn't want to spend an extra couple of dollars to facilitate an immediate clearance of funds, effectively saying that your patronage is less important than their profit margins. The same greedy hotel-franchise behaviour is observed with the absence of complimentary bottled water in the rooms, instead plastering $7 price tags on the bottled water in the rooms. Paid internet was no different than free internet, both being poor in terms of speed and connectivity. Very distasteful experience for international guests. I'd be embarrassed to recommend this place to any of my international colleagues.

There was a roach in my room, was pretty noisy with all the loud bikes at 3-4am in the morning.

Nice comfortable room.

Shower supplies, Conditioner, Body wash were completely empty. The 1 time I didn't bring my own supplies with me. Had to get it from my Son's next door. They only brought shampoo. Which was full.

If you are on leisure travels, look elsewhere. I usually stay at larger chain hotels, however i needed two bedroom setup for this trip. Not as clean as expected. The worst issue was: 1. The hotel seems to be the housing setup for construction crews. NOISY NOISY LOUD LOUD. Obnoxious car boom box playing in the parking lot.

Better property management is definitely needed.
