The location is good and that's about all that's good about the place

The place was not clean, under maintenance so it was very dusty, the pool was not clean at all, the water was greenish and turbid! There was some insect eating at the wooden furniture, so overnight there was wooden dust all over the place! The kettle which was kept in my in-laws room was not cleaned, someone had made tea in it before us and it was just left like that. Will not recommend this to anyone..

Location near to kumarakam

Cleanliness, No water was available in the morning. No kitchen for food, had to order from outside.
