The sofa in the living room which I think it is not a major issue but if they have big comfy sofa will be more outstanding and comfortable for family to hangout

The living room area appears to be somewhat compact. The television in the common area, where guests congregate, was non-functional; ideally, it would have been operational. Furthermore, the kitchen faucets exhibit partial damage, necessitating repair by the property owner. Upon arrival, a sink blockage was discovered, preventing water drainage. The staff member was contacted and promptly arranged for the maintenance personnel to address the issue, and the individual was notably helpful.
