Clearwater Penthouse 5 min Beach walk Heated Pool

The beds were very comfortable. The staff responded very quickly to all questions. There is a private pool for the building. This place was beautiful!

The bedroom off of the garage was too hot to sleep in even with the portable air conditioner and fan.

This is the best rental house I have ever stayed in. It has great location on the dock, minutes to the Clearwater beach. The house is super luxury and it really is a vacation house that we just relaxed and enjoyed. The top floor has amazing view as well. We decided to do a BBQ one night!

Comfortable beds, TV in every bedroom, great water pressure in showers, water toys including adult floaties, full bathroom on garage level, and of course Location Location Location. During our stay 2 full days of thunderstorms, the rooftop cabana was dining,games and movie central. Family trip with our adult children and significant other. This property will make serious conversations about purchasing in the area. It’s that great.

We did a staycation for Easter and it was PERFECT! Beautiful home and the view of the intercostal from the top deck is even better! Elevator is key when getting to the top floor down to the pool. House had everything you need; just bring food and drinks and you're all set! The location is perfect and not in a loud or in a busy area; just a short walk to all the shops and of course the beach. Everyone in the other condos and by the pool were friendly! Definitely a must stay!

Spacious, clean, quiet area, comfortable beds, great for a family, very good canal views, limited by good ocean view from top deck's party room, great walkability score. Nice kitchen, well stocked, advantium speedcook microwave.

Lots of stairs, but there's an elevator if someone were incapable of stairs. Nice place, but felt like a developer built value track housing so not "high-end" finishes or furnishing which it might be at these rates.
