Good host, nice location and worked well what i booked it for. Safe neighbourhood and close to explore different areas.

The bed was too uncomfortable and the pillows were not great either.

Очень хорошая вилла в очень хорошем месте. Элитный район. Рядом супермаркет, аптека. До центра города 10 км. Приятный хозяин Михаил. Отвечал очень быстро и все вопросы решались мгновенно. В номере есть холодильник. Небольшая кухня для разогрева в цоколе. Кофемашина, микроволновая печь. Нам очень понравилось. Гармония и покой. Можно с маленькой собачкой.

Not recommended at all, and we will certainly not be returning. * The main issue we experienced was the host’s attitude. Instead of being open to feedback, he became defensive and reacted in an unnecessarily aggressive manner, both through the booking platform and via WhatsApp. * After arriving from a long trip and trying to rest, there was considerable noise in the house. When we mentioned it politely, it was taken personally, and the response was inappropriate, even suggesting that we could leave despite the stay being fully paid. * To clarify, our only concern was whether the noise would persist during the night and affect our rest. * Additionally, in our bedroom, the plumbing system made very loud noises every 40–50 minutes due to water pressure, which made it difficult to sleep. * We spent the entire first night without electricity, and it was still not restored the following morning. There was not even a basic apology from the host when we left. * The house is excessively automated. Even basic functions like climate control require an app, and automatic lights turn on at night when going to the bathroom, fully illuminating the room and disrupting sleep. * In terms of accessibility, there are many stairs to reach the bedroom and even to access what is referred to as the “cold kitchen.” * Parking is also inconvenient, as the car must be left outside despite there being enough space on the property. * Overall, the most disappointing aspect was the host’s rude and confrontational attitude when receiving any kind of feedback. Instead of addressing concerns professionally, he consistently reacted defensively and with an aggressive tone.

Tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa em Alicante! A localização do apartamento é excelente: fica bem pertinho da cidade, mas ao mesmo tempo em uma região muito tranquila e limpa, ideal para descansar. O anfitrião foi extremamente simpático, atencioso e nos recebeu super bem. Um destaque especial para o Yorkshire dele, que é uma graça e nós adoramos conhecer

Tivemos dois problemas. O primeiro e mais sério foi a falta de transparência sobre a privacidade: a chave que nos foi entregue para acesso à casa tinha uma AirTag (rastreador). Isso não foi verbalizado ou comunicado em nenhum momento, e só percebemos no dia seguinte, o que nos causou bastante desconforto por estarmos passíveis de ser localizados. Além disso, o apartamento não tem um bom isolamento acústico no teto, então o barulho dos hóspedes do andar de cima foi um pequeno incômodo na hora de dormir.

Za dużo kamer , czujek ruchu i przesadnej elektroniki która może u niektórych powodować dyskomfort bycia podglądanym ,brak zlewu w aneksie kuchennym , za dużo kolorowych ledów wszędzie które powodują wrażenie disco ale to może kwestia gustu.

Sitio limpio y modernos. Tal y como aparece en las fotos. La pisicina muy bien.

Que se escucha todo y es una casa compartida. No aceptan perros de más de 8 kg.
