USThe house we like most as it has everything we wanted to enjoy and expected. Property, room and bathroom all were very cleaned. Host was nice and very prompt on responding and understanding our requirement. We received 1 hour extra stay which made so more comfortable while doing checkout.
Kitchen and living room size little small as we were expecting bigger size as seen in photo provided by property which made us little uncomfortable for 12 people. Also outside balcony and stair are not cleaned and having icing floor which can be avoid with using salt.
USUSWe enjoyed the size of the house, the fire pit and cornhole area. Love that there was enough parking for three cars. Love the area and all of the amenities that BBL has to offer.
Windows did not seal properly so a lot of mosquitoes and other flying insects were able to easily get in. There were also mosquitoes and stuff dead on the bedding. Stained bedding washing machine smelled moldy so we didn’t use it. The grease trap was not emptied from many previous guest and almost set the grill on fire. There was a spot on the top deck next to where you would exit to go downstairs that should be replaced as it was very weak due to rot
USWe enjoyed our stay at the Chalet, nice and quiet area. We had everything we needed, definitely we will return !!!
No dry wood for fire pit
USDid not use outside amenities, loved the hot tub, had more than enough rooms for our group
Passed experiences with homes, sponges and at least salt and pepper were available. On our first night, it was difficult to wash the dishes since a sponge was not available.
USThe house is nicely decorated and very clean.
The fireplace was decoration only and was unable to be used, which was very disappointing. The bathrooms, especially the toilets, were not great. The water became brown and rusty by the second day and they were extremely off putting. Also, the rooms were very noisy when it rained due to the AC units in the windows.
USThis property is absolutely beautiful and the host was very nice/accommodating.
