"The house is truly amazing and the host was immediately responsive, but the place is loud at night."

A passcode was sent about 24 hours before arrival.

There is a very loud bar next door that plays very loud music starting in the late afternoon and sometimes not ending until late at night.

"Amazing house I would come back no problem."

The house is very pretty and clean. The beds and showers are excellent. Clear and easy instructions to get in and out. Pool is great too.

More towels would be great and we didn’t mind the music from next door but if you are expecting quiet this may not be for you. Although great tunes and finishes at 10 pm.

Beautiful house, perfection. Owner was charming and helpful.

The local cantina plays very loud music but it stopped at 11pm. It's Mexico, it's noisy!

"Beautiful house in downtown Mérida"

Amazing house, probably one of the nicest in Yucatan. Everything looks great. The big tv outside makes for a perfect outside movie night. Rooftop area to relax even when it’s raining. Parking spot does not fit bigger cars but you rent a spot at the Maria del Carmen hotel around the corner.

Yes there is a cafe with live music next door. That might offset some people, sometimes the music is nicer than other times, but never till late in the evening.

"A stunning, inspirational oasis in the heart of Mérida"

An absolutely stunning property in the heart of Mérida. It is beautifully designed, the beds are comfortable, the pool is heaven. We are a family with 3 teens and it was absolutely perfect for us. It was one of our favourite places we stayed in on our trip. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

There is a live music bar next door which is fun if you like the band playing! We were there over a weekend and the first night they had the worst death metal band playing from 7-9.30pm. However the other 2 nights were fine and we enjoyed the music the other night and the last night was quiet.

"We had to leave after one night because of the noise"

The property was nice, but too noisy

It was unbearably noisy. There is a cantina right next door with very, very loud live music playing and a very noisy crowd from 7pm to 10pm.Impossible to relax.

Everything was super cool, location, pool, luxury rooms. Contact with the host was also really nice and she was super responsive. I definitely recommend thia apartment!
