A written instruction booklet would have been nice instead of referring back to the email each time we wanted to know something.

Perfect location and really well equipped. It had everything we needed to cook Christmas dinner. Having a Christmas tree was a really nice touch

The house was set up as 3 double bedrooms. If there were 6 adults in the house it would be very cosy as there is only 1 bathroom (with shower and no bath - not that it was an issue for us), one downstairs WC, and one large lounge/dining area. For just the 2 of us (and dog) it was fine. The garden was totally enclosed so there was no issue about letting the dog out. We did not have the weather to be using the patio furniture, but in the summer (we stayed in October) it would be a very convivial space.

The lighting in the lounge area was poor as I found it difficult to read at night. Another standard lamp would provide greater flexibility.

The house was only a 2 minute walk from where my relatives live. The accommodation was perfect for what we required, having 3 bedrooms. A definite plus having a downstairs toilet as well as the upstairs shower room. A very nice kitchen, with dishwasher, plus lots of pots and pans and a washer/dryer, which we didn’t need to use on our short stay. Also good to have a dedicated parking space, although there isn’t much room for manouvre!

We normally prefer a bath to a shower, but the positives of this property outweighed the lack of one. With having laminate flooring upstairs, you hear every footstep, unless you go bare foot. But I can see that this is much easier to keep nice and clean.

Great property with everything you need for cooking, cleaning up etc, comfy bedding and short walk into town. The house was very clean and the management company were very helpful in their communications.
