Everything to hand, comfortable and welcoming.

Having to get out of the car to open and shut the barrier. Caught out in one massive shower on one occasion.

The accommodation was perfect. Both my husband and I have mobility problems. It was all one level and the layout was brilliant. All we could have needed was there. Comfortable sitting area. Fantastic comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed. The three seater settee was a recliner. If I was knit picking it would have ideal to be a riser too, but no complaints. The hosts were so helpful and eager to make our stay perfect. I recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a relaxing and comfortable break.

It was self catering. The location was perfect, quite but within easy reach of the bigger towns if that's what you want. Perfect place for dog walkers. Lovely hosts. There was milk, coffee tea and biscuits on arrival. Would definitely go back.

Very pleasant welcome from the accomodating owners. Handy location to Bempton Cliffs and Bridlington Harbour. Well equipped self-contained flat.
