3 bedroom apartment with terrace and free parking

Clean and accessible.

The neighbours were sometimes quite loud late in the night.

In a quiet neighbourhood about 1,2km from Old Town Split. We’d walk every night into the centre and it took about 20/25 min. There’s lots of buses too, but we enjoyed the walk. Apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a nice little kitchen and a lovely terrace where we’d have sundowners in the evening.

Only issue was the heat! We obviously arrived during the hottest month of the year. There’s one unit in the sitting room/kitchen area, but nothing in the bedroom area. It does have ceiling fans in the bedroom, so that was a help. In other months I’m sure it isn’t that stifling. We had a large eight-seater vehicle and parking it was a bit of an issue. Normal sized vehicles wouldn’t have the same problem, though.

Maya was very nice and welcoming, we met her at the apartment and gave us plenty of useful information about the area. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and close to restaurants etc. On arrival she left us some cold drinks and nibbles. Parking is also available.

Spacious and well equipped apartment, the owner welcomed us with snacks and drinks. She was ready to give tips and was helpful. Parking for two cars, big terrace and two bathrooms were great. Location also good, close to center and stores.

Air conditioning could have been better and across more rooms, the fans weren’t really that beneficial which made sleeping a bit more uncomfortable

Quiet, walking distance to old town.

Nice, modern and clean place. Maja the manager is a very kind and correct lady and informed us about the restaurants and supermarkets around. The rooms and the kitchen are well designed and we found everything we needed. The location is 1.3 km from the old town and is calm at night, great walking distance. A supermarket is 20 meters from this apartment.

1. The big apartment has only one AC located in the living room and 3 vents on the ceilings of 3 bedrooms. While the living room got so cold, the bedrooms were warm during the nights and we had to use a bit noisy ventilators. I suggest the owner to put more AC-s making the apartment well cooled at 35+ high temperatures. 2. No bug-screens 3. It will help to provide a microwave in the kitchen.
