Can’t park your cars you have to look for parking spaces by yourself

This is a wonderful property, and I do plan on returning. It does get loud especially at night. There is a car that speeds past the house with a very loud engine about 21:30 every night and again around 1:00. If you’re walking, the intersection is a little dangerous. I was nearly hit twice just going back to the flat. As for the amenities, this is one of the main reasons why I will be definitely re-renting this place when I come back to visit my family again. The sauna and whirlpool bathtub were fantastic on this trip specifically because it has been such a chilly week. They were a great way to relax after long days of family events. There’s also an awesome grill, but I did not get around to using it this time. In the kitchen, there is also a Nespresso machine that came in clutch on early mornings. There was also a bottle of wine in the fridge that I did not end up using this time around, but I felt very special when I saw it. There are a couple things that would’ve been nice to have. First, there are a few things in the kitchen that really need to be added. I had to get creative to be able to make things like pasta. if the host is able, please add a spatula, tongs, colander/strainer, casserole dish, and some basic seasonings like salt and pepper. There was pepper, but zero salt. Second, the bathroom mat in the main bathroom is a little too small for that space. If we’re not able to get a bigger one, at least getting one that goes in front of the shower and the tub would be nice. Continuing with the bathroom, the grout around the tub is coming up and probably needs to be resealed. It would also be pretty nice to have somewhere to put the towel that’s near the sink so I don’t have to drip water across the floor to dry my hands after washing them. Finally, the dining room table that’s located in the mud room, the table needs either an additional bracket to hold it up or potentially a different style table.

It is a really nice cottage and we appreciated the care the host showed by. offering a bottle of wine and coffee pods. The sauna in the garden is a real gem.

Unfortunately, it is located next to a bust road and a big roundabout so it really noisy until 11pm but starts earl again.

Overall a nice property the Sauna was nice and courtyard very well done also the smalll dining area was really nice to sit in the upstaiers rooms were nice, beds super comfortable. Upstairs Bathrooms both nice ..

The Kitchen and Living room were a disappointment , kitchen was old and poor condition, and the living room was just not comfortable, cold - noisey and too much furniture , A SHAME No coffee cups only small tea cups , and the Fridge .. ( really !!) .

We enjoyed a wonderful holiday in this beautiful house. The sauna was a much appreciated luxury on Christmas day...it's been magical and so very memorable...thank you so much!! Highly recommended!!
