Holidays & Home Doña Lola Resort Calahonda

The actual location was convenient as we were visiting a sick friend in Calahonda.

The sofa bed in living room didn’t work & I had to sleep with the mattress on the floor. I messaged ‘holiday homes’ & they send a house keeper who was unable to help. The cooker didn’t work

Accessing keys and leaving keys at end of stay .. lack of communication Doors really hard to lock and unlock not fair when you’re on holiday to have these issues Sofa bed not made up no good bed half collapsed at end No handover no instructions in apartment so had no idea how to put hot water on

Convenience of location. Walk in shower, large fridge freezer

No oven, poor lighting in lounge area and bedroom, ill fitting doors(very draughty, damp in shower, shower head too high to reach, mesh screen in shower draughty when showering, old tv no modern formats accepted. Cooker hood not connected,

It was self catering apartment, so we sorted out our meals, they were no beach towels at the apartment, it did not say on the website either, we did bring our own. the bath towels that were supplied were no bigger than a hand towel, and were very poor quality, so thin.

the apartment and the location on your maps, did say sea view, all we got was a view of the apartments in front of the property, no one came round to ask if everything was okay, we were told to put the keys in the plant pot when we left. we did enjoy our stay, i have lived in Calahonda so i knew the area well.

Great location, modern and clean

The bed was comfortable and the shower was good.

The tv didn't work. It wasn't beach front. No garden view it was the back of a building. No safe. Outside chairs uncomfortable and door lock very difficult to use.
