Elegant Urban Retreat in the Heart of Center City

Good location. Nicely decorated and pretty well appointed. The owners were receptive to suggestions to improve the apartment for future guests.

We had a couple issues that needed addressing (and they were). Neighbors were sometimes noisy.

Nice and clean but not worth the price. We had to pack and leave after day 1. Host was quick to refund.

Couldn’t find the location. Road blocked. Host no answer. Took an hour to figure it out. Had to ask the neighbors for a way to get there. NOISY! People were blasting music and partying like the club. Did not sleep.

You had to enter in another building-walk all the way to the back to enter the correct building. You had so many differnr codes to enter buildings and get parking transponders. When entering unit I immediately noticed the tv from the wall had been removed. I was notified that the tv was being repaired at 4pm which was my check in time. The unit is on the top floor in which you have to walk up about 30 stairs to get to. Once in the unit there is another 10 steps yo get to the upstairs master bedroon. In addition the roof access is extremely dark with no lightning because the bulb was out. Lastly the bed in the master bedroom appeared broke because the leg wasnt straight. In the middle of the night the bes collapsed leavung me on the floor. I notified the owner immediately and NEVER got a response until 24 hrs later after I checked out. They mmew the tv was broke and that bed and continued to rent that unit. UNACCEPTABLE. My last night was horrible my back cramped up so bad from sleepimg on a collapsed bed. The bathroom was also dirty....so much ai can say about this unit but the most imoortant is STAY AWAY.... the owner obviously dont care and to not to offer a refund of some sort is crazy...never again.

I liked that cleaning supplies, linens, etc, are all available to use. Parking was secure. Very clean, neat, and organized.

Neighbors were extremely loud at all hours of the night and early morning, beds weren't the most comfortable, and the stove top was extremely easy to turn on by even the slightest bump.
