Villa is tired bed linen and towels where very unhygienic had a foul smell even after using the washing machine these should be boil washed if guests are using them tiles on outside very dangerous kids and one of my parents slipped even when being very careful also two dead cockroaches in down stairs toilet sink cabinet
ISGBVilla is in a good location, a few mins walk to the shopping centre which has everything you need and more. Nice and private, spacious. Has all the facilities to live comfortably for the duration of your stay. The pool is fab although no option for it to be heated but still enjoyable. The villa is lovely and totally made our holiday! If we visit tenerife again we will definitely book to stay here! Yana is a lovely host and had great communication!
GBBeautiful villa with an amazing outdoor space complete with bbq (charcoal was provided too), swimming pool and lots of seating with shaded options. Location was great as it was just up from a big supermarket and only a 20-25 minute walk to fanabe beach. Host was lovely and helpful over messenger. Villa had everything you could need and was clean and comfortable with air con in every room.

"It wasn't worth the money. Throughout the entire vacation, we had issues with cockroaches in the house, which was very unpleasant. The manager had pest control come, but there are still cockroaches. There were mold problems in the bathrooms and one bedroom due to leakage. Mold on the outdoor cushions. Stains on the sofa inside. Dust/spider webs on the ceiling. Didn’t use the bath because we just didnt find it clean. The manager speaks poor English, making communication difficult. The electricity went out several times. Poorly maintained and no proper cleaning. After the pest control treatment for the cockroaches, the manager showed no interest in our satisfaction. They now indicate otherwise to Booking.com. Very disappointing
