Reasonably priced & convenient location, close to town centre. Great wifi!

Any minor inconveniences have been factored in the great price so cant complain

Nice location. Fairly secure. The host responded to few shortfalls barring it's being non air conditioned, as booking was done mainly keeping that in mind since Kisumu is a hot place.

The site mentioned that it was air-conditioned room where as it was not. Just a pedestal fan. No rom cleaning provided duting stay. Overvalued for it's worth.

It's a convenient place, not so far from the bus terminal, in a quiet neighborhood. Having an entire apartment just for yourself is always really helpful. WiFi worked fine, and Sarah, the host, was really helpful with some issues during my stay.

The communication about how to get to the place, and even about payment, was not good. There were several phone numbers displayed there to contact, but only one (Sarah) provided some timely help, while the others, who in fact appear first in the list of phones to contact, failed to respond promptly (which is very disappointing for any traveller that comes exhausted from a long bus journey). The appartment was not ready when I got there (at night time); the lady who opened the door for me only managed to changed the bedding, but the kitchen, including the disgusting waste bin left by former guest(s) was not cleaned at all.
