Great location, roomy accommodation, clean and tidy with good facilities.

No bedding provided for pull out bed, even tho requested. Double bed a little uncomfortable

The location is convenient for Bicester Village. The Village is within 5 minutes walk.. However, the general area is a little run-down.

Despite spending £1,588 + £500 (total of £2,088) on this booking, we did not actually stay more than 15 minutes in total because on arrival it was a hot humid day (26c) and the apartment was very stuffy. On opening the lounge windows, we saw that all the garbage and recycling bins (around 10-12 in number) were parked directly opposite the windows. There was a very unpleasant smell coming from the bins and it was impossible to have the windows open for fresh air, and therefore it was impossible to stay comfortably in the apartment. It is also not a pleasant outlook from the window. I raised my concerns with the host but they have not acknowledged or addressed them. We had to book alternative accommodation at great cost. Also note that the initial cost of £1,588 was taken in full 4 weeks before the booking date. No refund has been offered. very disappointing and not a good welcome to the UK.
