Fabulous location, very spacious, good communication with host.

Cleanliness was not brilliant. Mirrors dirty. Most of the cutlery ,mugs, etc were left in the dishwasher. Food wrappers left under sofa cushions. Found a sock under the bed along with used tissues. Broken garden chair on the balcony.

The house was well decorated, the sofa and beds were very comfortable, we stayed as a group of friends and it was perfect. The ormeau road has a fab selection of cafes and the bus takes you into the city’s quickly. We will stay again.

check in procedure and the amount of codes, doors you have to enter in/via. Check in was 3pm, got a message at 2.45pm to say cleaners would be late, i was at the property at this stage and attending an event nearby, aparment still had to be cleaned, host wouldn't take a call, would only message via booking.com messaging feature, then the keys provided didn't fit the external door so we had to open a gardage shutter door to gain entry. I also messaged the host as I forgot my prescription reading glasses and almost one week later, no responce, very dissapointing

The location was brilliant and the communication from the host was excellent. The apartment itself was really spacious and had everything we needed for our stay.

There was a bit of a stale smell in the apartment, maybe like old smoke and one of the rooms did have a particular bad smell that was overwhelming. The heating was on continuously so the apartment was extremely warm all the time. There was no instruction in terms of how to turn this down. Additionally, in the boiler room, there was evidently a leak that was trying to be managed with a bucket but the carpet within that room was quite wet and perhaps was the reason for some smells in the apartment overall. Finally, one of the single beds (I think a camp bed) in the small room was not fit for sleeping.

garage key was broken , host did not come to fix it . we knocked on the next door to open garage for us twice, going in and going out

Great spacious apartment, comfortable, close to bars. Clean, and nice decor

Car park is small so need to reverse into the space
