Cosy 3-Bedroom Downtown Walk to Convention Center

Great location and value

The lights in two bedrooms are broken—they are somehow connected so that both lights need to be on or off at the same time. Also the bedroom door doesn’t open when the futon is expanded.

It was located very close to Bayshore Boulevard and to downtown the person that ran the place was very efficient and responded to anything you may have needed. The air conditioning were more than adequate for keeping you cool and the place was clean enough.

Unfortunately, the place was located in the same outside area as a drug and rehab place, so they were constantly smoking and talking to all hours of the night and very early in the morning. The shower was extremely weak and the water in the hot water heater did not even fill the tub. I found hair and a wrapper from candy under the sheets so we replaced the sheets which they had plenty of them, but there was not too many towels and the dishes were dirty inside the cabinets although they were available and there was some soap to clean them. The kitchen was a little tight, but we figured it out

Location. Character place. Not cookie cutter hotel room. Convenience kitchen to make easy breakfast.

July - Tampa heat/humidity.

La ubicación esta bien, llovió y asi no es recomendable, porque hay que caminar para pasar el puente a la Mejor zona

La casa es vieja y tiene un desnivel, que personalmente me afecta por vertigo

Das verwinkelte Häuschen liegt super, man kann Tampa ohne Auto und ohne öffentliche Verkehrsmittel erkunden. Entscheidend war aber, dass man zur Amalie Arena in 15 Minuten kommt. Wir hatten Karten für ein Eishockeyspiel, und danach ging es auf dem Fußweg nach Hause.

Very close to Davis Islands. Very quiet

We were certainly taken aback while we were sat out back outside the small area fenced in when we were approached by a lady who informed us we could not be sat out there having a drink for the whole facility behind us was a rehab centre. I wish we had known this information free would not have been having a sociable drink before the game out there

Location to convention center

It wasn’t really 3 bedrooms, the room time you open the door had a bed in it; there wasn’t a private door(glass door) to this room, a closet or tv. We made it work. Parking wasn’t good
