Once a reservation is confirmed, the lead guest is required to fill in a short online check-in form and upload a photo of the lead guest's ID before checking in. Failure to do so may result in the reservation being canceled. Forms must be filled at least 24 hours prior to the check in date. Payment is collected at booking confirmation (accommodations fee and cleaning fee included). You can cancel for free up to 14 days prior to arrival. For stays over 10 days, you are expected to have interim cleans/linen change (frequency to be agreed depending on length of stay) for an extra fee. A damage deposit of £350 is required. The property charges this 2 days before check-out. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 working days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
