Newport City Condo near Manila Airport Terminal 3

Location wise it's a 10. It's very near the airport around 5-15 minutes travel time depending on which terminal you're allocated to. And there are a lot of establishments around within walking distance.

Uhm, sorry to say this but I think the caretaker/owner hopefully can be more approachable. Very offhand attitude which is a first for me. I know it's your place, and we're just guests but still we pay and it's not just about the accomodation you know. And better to eat outside, i think the owner didn't want us to use the stove. I prefer cooking unfortunately i couldn't so we resorted to ordering and eating outside which is more costly.

The place is near and accessible to Terminal 3 of NAIA where we boarded our flight. There are restaurants and Convenience Stores nearby.

The internet didn't work and reception was poor inside, was hard to get in contact once we were there to check in

I booked for 2 nights. The condo was very convenient for Terminal 3 at NAIA. Just a short walk. 15 minutes walk. I had s teenagers so they were able to help pull luggage. If you have young family its better to get taxi to airport. The room was clean. Beds were ok although double a little small, i think it was 4 foot. But as we only stayed 2 nights it was fine. There was 4 of us in room. X2 adults, x2 teenagers. You could cook in room but we ate out. There was lots of places to eat outside condo as there is everwhere in Philippines. Macdonald's, popeyes, Korean restaurant. We used the pool. The max dept is 4 foot. The lad who met us with keys was friendly. Overall for the price it was good. We didn't travel away from condo but if we needed to there's plenty of geepneys near.

near the airport, had a back and forth for only less than 30 minutes. it was a pleasant stay, staffs are nice and friendly and it near to lots of great restaurants

only 2 people per booking are allowed to swim

Security guards were so unreasonable, my friends had to wait for more than an hour before they were allowed to go up although we already presented the documents needed
