Prime Location

Too hot even with the fan, there was another fan but wasn’t working. The AC isn’t really working as it’s open but not cold even if you put it at its coldest temperature. We were sweating the whole time. The bed isn’t that comfortable and the linens texture are rough.

Our host was great and let the front desk know we were coming. However, when we arrived, the front desk didn't check their notes. So,,,they told us we would have to contact our host. However...we had no WIFI and no way of phoning host. We did have a #. No help at all from front desk. In fact...kind of rude. Wouldn't phone for us...sent us outside to find WIFI....just really awkward. Front desk-3 Apartment and stay-8

it's a wonderful stay for 3 days with my family. The staff are very helpful and we will definitely come back in the future.
