SGProperty was clean and tidy. Comfortable dining chairs. Good size dining table able to seat everyone. Water pressure very good. Nice garden. Kitchen facilities seem good but did not cook there as only stayed 1 night. Good lighting.
1 aircon did not make the room cold so it could not be used. We expected to have a hot shower but only cold water tap supplied. No handwashing for bathroom sinks. No hand towels. Not enough seating in lounge area for 5 people. Ceiling fans worked but not cooling. Still hot and stuffy. Bedrooms only have 1 electric plug socket mounted high up (1.5m) making it difficult to use. No bedside table or shelf to rest personal items. No bedside lamp..must turn light off by door then too dark to see the bed!

all perfect in my opinion BUT i think there shud be a lock for the gate because i travelled only 2 people and its a bit scary alsoo with no lock.. but coming with a group of friends shud be fine
