Cosy and Beautiful 2BR Condo with Amazing Cathedral Views

Location was great for what we wanted to do, spacious and comfy flat lovely living space

A little bit loud but to be expected with location so not at all a problem

The property was in a fantastic location with a beautiful view of Norwich Cathedral out of the kitchen and bedroom window and a view of Norwich castle out of the skylight in the kitchen/living area. The apartment had two very large bedrooms with their own ensuite, great water pressure and a nice hot shower with perfect temperature. I believe there was also heated towel rails in bathroom, but was not required for our stay. The bedrooms are very spacious and had large windows that let in a lot of natural light. The apartment had double glazed windows so as long as the windows were closed and black out blinds were down I did not find the noise outside to be an issue. I had some fantastic nights sleep during my stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and lovely fresh crisp linen on the beds. The kitchen living area had all the amenities that you would require for your stay. Thanks so much had a great time.

Nothing to dislike it was all fantastic. Just a little wear and tear on the paint work of the apartment but that is to be expected anywhere. Had a great stay. Highly recommend.

Sticky floors, smelly hallway, bedding and towels smelt of cigarette smoke. Generally unclean. Broken windows. No toiletries. No hairdryer. Broken furniture/items in cupboards. Dirty carpets. Bedroom door doesn't close. Greasy kitchen and kettle full of limescale. In desperate need of a professional deep clean and decoration. The pictures must have been taken years ago. I've stayed in better hostels than this. I've never written a poor review before but this place ruined our trip to Norwich for my best friend's wedding. We made sure we spent as little time there as possible here. I sent a complaint the night we arrived and was contacted at 11.30am the following day being asked to allow access for them to assess the issues with only 10 minutes notice. We were showering and getting dressed for the wedding and they made us feel bad for saying it was inconvenient after we had bought our own toiletries from across the road and hairdryer from town despite these being listed as included. Particularly horrified by the state of our socks after 5 minutes of taking shoes off in the flat: they were jet black. Following this, we had to keep our shoes on at all times and had flip flops in the shower.

Apartment could of been cleaned better windows was mucky and cracks in two of the windows found hairs on bedside table and walls looked like not been cleaned down. Need better signage outside apartment to let people know were it is.

I didn't like anything about this place, it was a disaster stay and the host was ignoring taking accountability. We asked for a refund and no response at all. I would never ever stay here again! A nice short break turned out to be a nightmare.

The place was horrible, major health and safety issues. The property is on a high street and the entrance door is surrounded by homeless people which makes it difficult to access the property entrance. We were feeling unsafe! The property was filthy. Over the weekend you don't get any sleep due to the clubs around playing loud music until 4am. The place was dirty and cables hanging all over, the window with a view was cracked for years according to other reviews.

This is a wonderful Condo. It’s very comfortable, clean and nice and close to the centre of Norwich. It has a Tescos literally across the road so you can always get any little bits you might need. I would gladly stay in this property again.

There really is only one problem with the property and that is the clubs. During the week it’s fine but over the weekend it’s really loud. The club next to the property is open until four in the morning and you will hear literally every beat the DJ plays.
