BACARDI Lungomare - Modern apartment near the sea

The apartment was nice when new.

The kitchen and the bath were dirty, we didn’t find any glases inside.

Очень красивые и уютные апартаменты! Всё как на фото! Комнаты просторные, чистые! Кухня с огромными окнами 😍 (такие окна редко встречала при поиске жилья в катании). на кухне есть всё-всё для приготовления еды. Хозяин очень милый и отзывчивый, по нашей просьбе быстро заменил нам сковородку:) Большая терасса со столиком! С утра приятно светит солнышко в окна:) Рядом 2 приличных магазина с большим выбором продуктов, рыбный магазин 😍 с большим выбором местной рыбной продукции! А так же булочная прямо под домом с невероятными десертами! Рядом есть пляж,но он на камнях огромных вулканических. Очень атмосферно и интересно, но с детьми будет всё же не очень удобно. В самой катании пляжей как таковых на каждом шагу нету, ближе к аэропорту есть огромный длинный песчаный пляж на несколько км. От апартаментом мы доходили даже пешком ~ 1,5 прогулки через город (но мы были в апреле, когда не было сильной жары). Рядом ходят автобусы, поезд есть. Везде можно доехать или дойти пешком. Очень рекомендую! Спасибо за чудесные апартаменты❤️

Die Lage war in Ordnung, 5-10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt gibt es kostenlose Parkplätze

Küchengeräte ziemlich dreckig/heruntergekommen, keine Messer oder Wassergläser vorhanden, leider dreckige Dusche (Boden bräunlich) und fremde Haare an den Fliesen im Bad.

Apartment is located in a good area to explore the city. Good transport links to the main attractions . . .bus stop on the doorstep and other buses can be accessed 5 mins walk away. An easy 20-30 minutes walk to the Duomo or less to Catania Central Train Station. Not being located directly in the centre ensures a peaceful night's sleep away from the hustle and bustle of Catania. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and has everything you need. A washing machine was a bonus as was the smart tv as we had a few days of thunderstorms and torrential rain meaning we were stuck indoors. Also, the elevator is great as apartment is located on third floor. The bedroom is spacious and tastefully decorated with access to a good sized balcony with a view of a beautiful church and the sea in the background. The bed was comfortable and plenty of bedding is supplied. Downstairs, you can find a very good bakery and a supermarket which has all the essentials. There are many shops in the area also. Good communication with the host who provided details on how to access the apartment. All in all, a pleasant stay. Would recommend.

Need more knives ( there is only one) in the kitchen and some dish towels.
